Things on the home front have not been all happy and smiley (or clean and shiny) and I'm dealing with a lot of it today. Garbage can, filled taken out Dishes cleaned off of kitchen table Table leave taken out, table wiped off Grocery bags to empty (please don't ask until you want to see me imitate the blowing up dude) put on the table *Load of laundry in the washer

I moved the bookcase to sweep underneath it and found that Mittens, AKA evil kitty, has been pooping under there again. I swear this adorable fur ball is the biggest PITA animal I've ever had. I got that cleaned up, picked up the book corner, tossed the books evil kitty had peed on and now I'm letting a towel wet with vinegar "soak" there for a while to hopefully get rid of the cat pee smell. Feel free to insert angry face anywhere along there. I read the last 2 chapters of the last book in the Twilight series, pre-ordered the new one as well as The Host (by the same author)

We only had one call so that left me with a lot of time on my hands Unfortunately when I get into books like that I don't put them down easily. Swept/picked up the rest of the floor in the front room. Spent sometime reminding myself why I don't have room air freshners. Sat down to update and having a hard time moving onto getting the couches and coffee table picked up. I will likely cave and light a scented candle in here.

It's getting hot and sticky and I'm losing my gumption fast, I'd take a long break now if I would be able to clean more tonight, but I have an interview on Medical/Oncology tomorrow and need to get to sleep early tonight. I have switched laundry over a couple of times and have a humongous pile on top of my bed to hang/fold/put away tonight. I have decided that if I end up working nights, I am going to look for someone who will fold/hang laundry and/or do dishes after the kids are in bed. If it's a 1 night/week thing I'll stick to laundry. Paul gets home around 12:30-1-ish so I'm not going to need someone for all night.

Hopefully (yes, insert all kinds of laughter here) Paul can get the kitchen started tomorrow so I can finish it up after I get home.

Well, not cleaning tons obviously. I'm going to try to live by my up all night schedule 7 days/week for as long as I am on graves which will leave me with not much to do during the night but dishes and laundry. Fun times ahead I believe.

Well, since laundry is the biggest PITA at least you'll be ahead there. I'm also sure you could do a little bit of dusting (HAA HAA I rarely do that) and maybe some organizing....
