My daughter is 18 months and refuses to try anything new. Her diet consists of:
any cracker, bread (waffles, fruit bars, cheerios)
milk, juice (split w/ water), water but only from a child proof water bottle (she thinks it's fun and won't drink water from a sippy)
apple sauce (she's starting to refuse that now)
sometimes she'll eat yogurt but not usually

eggs with broccoli

I just introduced smoothies with fruit and she's drinking those to get...

Ok, so I don't really know why I started this except I just felt like she could do it, (not to mention IIRC Teri said she never started her kids on sippies at all) but starting around 12m I've been giving Kiersten a regular cup with just a tiny bit of milk or juice or whatever at the bottom at mealtimes or whenever she's in her high-chair and she's really never had much of a problem drinking from it completely unassisted.
My doctor just switched my 14 month old to Alimentum formula due to diahrrea problems that she attributes to cow's milk. He is supposed to take this for one week then switch back to cow's milk. My son will not drink it though, seems to be due to the taste, or smell! Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

About two weeks ago, a hacker took out the whole ezboard system. (Ezboard is where we house our discussion boards) In doing this all of our discussion board posts disappeared, which as you can imagine is very frustrating for all of us, as we had some very good information in here. The ezboard people have managed to restore some posts, but not all. So now we start again. We apologize for the frustration and confusion.
